Full Time – 39 hours per week plus sleep-ins

£13.45 - £13.75 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience, plus sleep-in payments

A Day in the Life of Working at Ty Banwen

• Ensuring individuals' physical, emotional, and social needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
• Being a positive role model.
• Promoting independence by supporting a range of activities, hobbies, and community-based opportunities.
• Working collaboratively to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs and aspirations.
• Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents where required.
• Supporting with general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and daily living tasks.
• Providing personal care where required, ensuring dignity, respect, and wellbeing at all times.

You'll Need

• A can-do attitude and resilient nature.
• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
• A current valid UK driving licence.
• Compassion and empathy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility around shift patterns, including sleep-ins and weekends.
• To be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Please note: This role involves working with vulnerable adults and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
