Worker to join our established team at Dan Y Coed, a specialist children’s home
supporting young people with autism and complex needs in Swansea. This role

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the
day‑to‑day care and development of the children living at Dan Y Coed in Swansea.
Working closely with a skilled team, you will ensure each child feels safe,
respected, and empowered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing
personalised care, emotional support, and daily guidance
- Supporting
education, routines, and structured activities
- Promoting
independence and positive behaviour
- Encouraging
community engagement within Swansea
- Following
individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Working
collaboratively with colleagues and senior staff
This Support Worker position offers the
