Night Support Worker

Sign up before 30th May 2025 and earn £500 when you start a permanent role with us. We will pay you £250 when you complete your shadow shifts and another £250 after 3 months (paid in the next payroll).

This is available to anyone who is offered a role on or after 1st May 2025, however this offer will not be open to bank staff or former employees returning within 6 months of leaving. 

  A typical shift will include: 

Providing high quality bespoke care to the people we support, including keeping accurate records.

• Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment, and that it feels like home.
• Being a positive role model to the people we support and promoting their independence through a range of activities.
• General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and elements of personal care.
• Having fun with the people we support!

• A can-do attitude and resilient nature.
• Compassion and empathy.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to work flexibly and reliably as part of a team.
• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.
• Candidates with a full UK licence and access to their own vehicle is essential due to the rural location of the home. 

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
